Keep Cold Foods Cold at 41 Degrees Fahrenheit or Below.

All foods must be covered or wrapped before placing on a shelf.

Raw foods which require higher cooking temperatures must be stored below or separately from foods requiring lower cooking temperatures to prevent cross-contamination.

Remember Shelves should always be 6 inches off the floor.
