    Kitchen  Safety

    • This Kitchen Safety Hyperdoc will help you prepare for the Kitchen Safety test that is required to partipate in Family and Consumer Scieces Labs. 

    • Make sure that you complete EACH part of the assessment because there are graded assessments within the links.

    • It is the EXPECTATION that all students pass the Kitchen Safety Test with a 100% to be able to partipate in the lab kitchens.

    • Students will create a comic strip over a foodborne illness topic.

  • Foodborne Illness Assessment

    • Students will be working in small groups to create a public service announcement.

    • Open the link and make a copy

    • Share with it with your partner

    • Rules

      • Use the link above to go to the Memory Game.  Then take turns “FLIPPING” over only two cards to see if they are a match.  To flip a card, click on it and press delete.  Click a second and press delete.  If they match, keep them deleted.  If they don’t then undo (back arrow or control z) twice.

      • If you get a match, write down those 2 cards on the provided Memory Game paper.  Then go again.  If you do not get a match, “FLIP” the cards back over (undo twice).  It is the next player’s turn.

      • When all cards have been matched the player with the most cards wins.
